On June 6, 2014, Public Act 14-94 established the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority (“MIRA”) as the successor authority to CRRA. As of this date, MIRA assumed control of all of CRRA’s assets, rights, duties and obligations.

CRRA Permit Application Form
To open an account for any of CRRA's projects, you will need to fill out and submit the following Permit Application Form. (In addition, you may have to enter into a contract with CRRA for disposal of your waste. Please contact Katha Kerr at 860-757-7733 or kkerr@crra.org before beginning the application process.)

CRRA Temporary Permit Application Form
CRRA, at its sole discretion, may issue a Temporary Permit for a substitute vehicle to companies currently permitted by CRRA if the company has an emergency breakdown or is using a demonstration vehicle. In such cases, the following form must be completed and submitted.
